2.1试剂Chemicals
所有的溶剂与试剂均为色谱级，齐墩果酸，熊果酸标准品购于xxx
AllchemicalsandsolventwereHPLC.Standard:oleanolicacid,ursolicacidandwerepurchasedfromxxx.
2.2样品处理SamplePreparation
1)将样品摇匀，称取0.5g左右的样品；
2)0.5g样品中加入20mLxxx，超声提取30min；
3)抽滤，滤液用xxx定容至25mL容量瓶中，摇匀并用0.45μm滤膜过滤，进样10μL。
2.3HPLC分析HPLCAnalysis
本实验所用的仪器为Waters高效液相色谱仪，配备紫外检测器。
色谱柱为xxxC18(mm*4.6mm,5μm)，流动相为甲醇-2%xxx（88:12，V/V），流速为1.0mL/min，柱温为30℃。
